We understand that wear and tear is the result of normal usage when hiring one of our vehicles.
However, certain events, damage or collisions are not included within our standard wear and tear policy. You may be charged if we have to correct damage to the vehicle or replace any missing items.
We will always discuss any issues with you to ensure that the process of returning your hire vehicle is fair, cost-effective and problem-free.
